Just spoke with a chopper shop today about a new fende to fit my new whitewalls and add break lines and he said that mfgs do this because it is cheep. You actually get more breaking power with two seperat lines. I am going to keep the same setup but go to the braided though. He thinks it will look good going over the new fender.
