I did. I changed to the 18t about 13k miles ago. You are correct - if you don't mind the revs (the bike sure won't), you won't have to change gears as much at less than highway speeds. You can, of course, but these engines really like the revs. If you change your pipes, though, you may find them too loud to rev it much on the street, at least in some situations. Depends on the neighborhood, I guess.
