Hey guys this has been discussed before.
If you belong to AMA there is already a nation wide program (Sorry jolly old England) It is called Help-N-hands and it is free to AMA members. Also if you donate something to the program they send you a Patch and a pin. If you are mechanicly inclined and or own a trailer you add your name to a secure 1-800 directery and your name and number are kept secure. Everyone that belongs gets a card with an 800 number for anywhere in the USA.
The problem of any new program is the security issues with phone numbers and addresses.
AMA also has a program called MO-Tow, just for towing motorcylces.
Moderators might want to check this stuff out before starting a new program. Just my nickels worth guys, not trying to burst anyones ideas!
