Good idea.
I was thinking of a similar thing a little while ago because we have one for our RAT guys.
I also had this for an international car club I was in years ago and you were able to put yourself into catagories such as: mecahnically able, could offer transport / ride, could speak X, Y and Z language, non-mecanically able but could off support and a coffee etc!
