PGR I haven't seen this law, but I don't think it is going to change anything. The a$$hats will show up at funeral homes, or stand on the side of the road along the funeral route, they have already indicated any legislation will not change anything for them. If you are passionate about this issue, do something about it, I don't think anything is going to change. For every protestor, we need 10, 100, or 1000 people waving the flag for our fallen hero's.
