No, Bill. Never owned a Harley and only rode a few. I can't say I never liked them - I always have in a strange way, but what I owned was generally what I could afford. By the time I could afford one they didn't interest me as much. I had the motorcycle bug so bad when i was a kid. But, my mother was always dead set against me having one. She always would say "as long as you live under this roof there'll be NO motorcycles. Well I satisfied that by riding other peoples until I was old enough to leave. I moved out one Feb. and had my first bike by March - a 72 Yamaha 350 R5C. It was a year old and I paid $700 for it. I rode it for 10 years, never made a single repair other than tires and brakes - crashed it twice, and sold it for $700. That was the ONLY rolling piece of machinery I didn't get screwed on somehow. Gina mentioned that soft spot for her first bike - I still pine for my little two-stroke from time to time.
