The first few days of riding the BA, I remember absent-mindedly thinking about putting my feet in the standard peg position (76 Bonneville). Wait!! there's no peg down there!! Scared me out of that behavior. Had a visual of kicking myself in the back of the head with my boot heel.

So, did this guy actually make contact with the tarmac, or just "threaten" to do so???? Seems like sticking your inside leg out would screw up your balance in the corners.
