I know absolutely nothing about them, but it's a cool looking bike...the fact that it's a pretty unknown brand appeals to me too...would depend on price, warranty and parts availability, etc...not a high performance machine by any means, but still pretty cool!
Actually everything you mentioned is exactly why I want one. Brand name...WHAT brand name? Pretty much nobody's ever heard of them...so who in NYC would want to steal it when you have dozens of "cookie cutter" bikes which can readily be parted out for a profit.
Price...under $6k...sounds good to me.
Supposedly with the new distributor, they offer exceptional customer service.
Parts availability...you can buy 2 or 3 direct fit parts! One of the selling points, however, is that the bike can be either a blank canvas for you to do really whatever the hell you want to it, or you can ride it forever without changing anything. But c'mon...look at it...if something doesn't fit directly...weld it on!
High performance? For a city bike, I really don't want much performance at all. Although the brief reviews say you can comfortably ride 70mph and it handles surprisingly well.
