I rode with a guy this weekend that had lost his lower leg during the past year. He has a Harley and a prosthetic limb. When I was on dialysis a few years back my nephrologist got one for me because it was sometimes hard to breathe between dialysis treatments, plus I was very weak. If he has a sticker there is probably a reason. You can't get one without a Dr. signing the application, at least here.
