I know a guy with a peg leg (from the knee down) that rides. Actually he has several bikes, a Bonneville, a Guzzi and a Gold Wing Trike. I am unsure of the details but the Bonnie and the Guzzi have been modified somehow with weights to compensate and the shifter has been moved up by the clutch via cable.
