So I get to work at the community college yesterday and I notice a hardly parked in one of the handicap parking spots. Last Thursday I noticed the same bike in another handicap slot and called public safety-- they would look into it. I called yesterday, too, only to find out the bike has a handicap sticker. This one’s got me stumped. What could the handicap be, other than it’s a hardly? Anyone heard of this happening?
