I have a customer at the dealership that, 7 years ago, I knew as a man (as a customer). He was a Frank then. Now it's Julianne. Had the operation and everything. No secret it is what it is, everyone can tell - our newer employees, other customers - it's very obvious.
Bad drinking problem, I suspect, however related that is. Pretty familiar customer at the collision center...
Actually he (she?) is some sort of executive at one of our more famous fast food hamburger corporations - and it's not McD's.
Has two Lexi, and spends money to maintain them. I just ignore the obvious and treat him like any other customer and it's no big deal.
His social life must really suck, though (no pun intended). It probably has all of his life.
