Absolutely! My fork locking attempts have been a hit-or-miss affair ever since I've had the bike.. And usually, if I do wind up getting them locked, it takes forever to get them unlocked! Since I keep the bike in the garage, it's not a big deal.. but it is a pain when I go somewhere and want to lock the forks.
