Most vendors seem to know what jets you will need for your pipe/bike setup and altitude. It appears their recommendations are pretty solid. "Dinqua" also has a jetting calculator tool that works well.
I think rejetting benefits most exhausts except for the "Thunderbike" system.
Specialty Spares supplied jets with my exhaust and the bike runs like a champ.
No one currently makes replacement headers for our bikes.
