I first response was somewhat alcohol induced. You folks got some good blend up north. Anyway my response stays the same, I think stringing a lynch line for anything is like sitting in the bushes and shooting someone in the back. I agree the off roaders can be annoying but not to the point of killing them. If party 1 has a problem with party 2, tell them, if there is still a problem, solve it face to face.
