I really wasnt exagerating, if you knock someone off a moving motorcycle with a brick, they could very easily break there neck, LOOK im not defending any punks actions, everyone has there share of punks, and I get just as pi$$ed as the next guy, and as much as i would like to do it vigilante style, you cant hurt someone for driving up and down the street. If hes trying to run you over, sure, if hes putting your family in danger, definitely. But if hes keeping you awake, well thats something else, Kids are wild when they are teenagers, always have been, always will be. Think back, you never did anything alittle wild when your brain hadn't caught up with your testosterone yet? If every punk were hit up side the head with a brick then about 3/4 of young men would walk around braindead.
