Another vote for the Memphis Fats with lowers. No buffeting at any speed, even with my Shoei St. Tropez mushroom head 1/2 helmet with visor. I still get enough wind that I don't feel the screen needs any ventilation.
Now the bad news - $290 (includes shipping) for the whole setup with lowers. The good news - replacement screen is $55. More good news - the entire windshield and lowers can be removed and re-installed in a matter of a minute or two, so one can have the best of both worlds. The bracketry is very simple, yet very effective. I've gone as fast as a 19 tooth sprocket will go, and no part of the screen or brackets moves or vibrates at any speed.
If I had it to do over again, I'd get the black bottom screen, to filter out some high beam light pollution that gets back to the driver if one is running driving lights. The black might lessen the big screen on a medium sized bike look too.
As others have posted, (and I admit I was skeptical) the lowers are key to removing the last of the buffeting. Don't ask me why, but it's true. Plus the lowers make a right handy EZ Pass mount.

It's perhaps not a look that would suit everyone's taste, but an old fart like me can get away with it.
