Same thing happened to a fellow motorcyclist in Knoxville about three weeks ago but with a deadly outcome. glad to here you're ok.
That to me is one of the scariest situations, stopped a light and traffic approaching from the rear.
Remember to stay far enough back from the car in front of you and leave the bike in 1st gear. Be prepared to hit the escape route if need be.
