Anyone out have an '02 or '03 America that has had the new rear brake resevior bracket installed? I picked up the bracket at my dealer the other day and told them I'd put it on myself - how hard can it be it's just three screws. I can't figure out how it fits. It doesn't seem the bolt holes in the bracket line up with anything that it could be mounted to.

A picture of one in place would be worth 1000 words.

TIA,

Keith

I got the parts from my dealer also, brought them home and threw them in the drawer.
But if I remember correctly, the reservoir bolts to the bracket and the bracket bolts to where the reservoir use to was...

The bottom end of the bracket bolts where the reservior bolted. The top end seems to share the lower radiator bolt.

Okay, I see how it will line up that way but it really gets raised a lot and seems to swing it out further to the right of the bike and closer to the right header. I'm not sure I like where it's going to end up - I may just take my chances and leave it alone.

Thanks,

Keith

I had mine done at the dealer and was dissapointed about how it looks , i think Triumph could have come up with something a bit nicer, looks like a cheep fix.
