No if they table the amendment (which dis-allowed benefits for illegles) then they have effectivly allowed the benefits.
A yea vote is leaving the current provisions which allow for illegals TO collect, EVEN on those monies they contributed while they were here illegaly...the amendment they tabled (disallowed) would have excluded any monies they earned while they were using forged documents, stolen ID, or false SOC #s, or were not documented, (Illegal aliens)
