I don't race on the streets, too dangerous for me. Around here the local Huns MC have an annual "run what you brung" day at the drag racetrack. Maybe they have something like that where you live?
Had a guy on a VTX 1300 who wanted to race me up Mt Lemmon, the local twisty mountain road. Turned him down, but I don't see how he could've kept up on that boat anchor.
Not that he would'nt have enough power to keep up, but that bike just doesn't have the lean angle our bikes have, and it weighs over 700 lbs.
