A while back, USA Today had an article about the OCC guys and how the industry views them.
Jesse James (who I respect..I guess I just have a soft spot for white trash) called them "Cake Decorators" He stance was basically, they don't build thier frames, do thier paint, build thier parts, they don't really do anything more than decorate cakes.
I thought it was a fitting description.
