One of the few reasons, I don't post as much any more. The lounge is bursting and growing to no end while the other threads creep along at a slow pace. New motorcycle information has been a slow trickle and the some of the new information is old info rehashed. There are still a few innovators blazing trails but other than that its become a political opinion wastebasket. Its depressing at times. I have been a member of this board for almost 4 years. I remember times when I really looked forward to singing on. I remember almost a year ago when we had a few threads regarding guest members and posting low ratings to members photos and their bandwith use. The lounge topics keep getting rehashed and rehashed.
I think its time for us members to take back our site(Especially those who donated). I say we eliminate topics such as Religion and Politics. My Grandma always use to say, if you want to keep your friends, your friends, never discuss religion or politics. If you want to discuss these topics , start a thread and include your own email account. e.g. If anybody wants to discuss Dubya and the job he is doing, email me at
joeblow@windbag.com(fake email) Use the bandwith of the internet provider you are paying for or better yet, use your works email server, I am sure they would appreciate it. But stop using this free site's free bandwith for these topics.
