I've recently started tire shopping myself and come to the conclusion that there are very few front 110/80 - R18 tube-type tires available.

I saw it in the Triumph brochure, and I have seen others post here before - that they have a radial front tire, (and I presume a radial rear tire, also). That is what the "R" represents in the tire size. Have not personally seen the radials on any Speedmasters, but have noticed that the 2005 T100 and Thruxtons at my dealer carry a radial rear , but a bias ply (but still tubeless) front tire.

Am very interested in hearing from anyone who has radial tires in stock sizes on their Speedmaster. If I knew that they worked without causing any problems, i.e., that the suspension systems on the bike support the use of radial tires, I would certainly be looking to buy radials for mine when the time came. Feedback, please!
