CABINS . After the patch thread I'm scared, no matter where we stay I am sleeping with my back to the wall. Any scenes re-created from BBM can be done so outside

Since the Days Inn is full do we have another alternative in place so we can make reservations? Just a little over a month to go and I want to make sure we have a plan.

The cabin idea sounds good as long as we can get one for a resonable price split amongst those staying there. Let's just decide on something and get it sorted out soon.

Well, let's say an average night in a hotel room (double) is $30 per person. Something around that is reasonable although cheaper is better unless it's a real hole in the wall. I have a 1-man tent that I can always use as well but I prefer to have somewhere to shower as well.

Do we have a head count? How many people are committed to go and stay a few nights (if you dare )? Please chime in.

I would like to get a rough head count and instead of just having a bunch of posts saying "me too" could everyone PM me that they are going and I'll put up a list in a couple of days.

I can get a NICE 6 person for around $250 per night. so that would be $40 & change per person. It has a hot tub too!

Does the hot tub come with a skimmer for the hair?

The price is right for me, would that be Friday and Saturday nights?

That sounds good. Do we need to bring sleeping bags? For $40 a night I hope the answer is NO.

Well so far I've only gotten PM's from a few people but talking to Matt he's got twice the number wanting patches so hopefully we'll have more than I think show up.

Here's the list so far:
Mlessard
Yota
airguy
EnglishYankee
bikerbob
privateer and wife
and me.

Maybe:
Stern12

So it might be a small rally but that doesn't mean it'll be a bad one or could it be that some are afraid of the KY jelly comments? Don't worry we've got a leash for Yota.

I just got a PM from "privateer", he and his new wife (they are off getting married right now, and PMing me?) will be joining us for the weekend.

Perfect! The first BA.com official game (not valid without licensed Yota).

OK it's getting closer and closer. I've got a rough outline of some routes for us to do and it looks like home base will be the cabin that a few of us are renting for the weekend. As soon as Yota gets back to me I'll post up the address so everyone knows where we'll be. I'm also thinking of going up a day earlier so that I can ride the routes and make any last minute changes and because YOU guys deserve it (insert dripping sarcasme smiley here). Can't wait to see everyone again and meet some new people.

Matt's got the patches ordered and he'll have them long before the rally.

I booked the Twin Oaks cabin. Everything is furnished but food & booze. I put a deposit on it so if you break anything I'll shoot you!
