Tom, I think that once the mold is finished and they are satisfied with the results, it would be about 3 weeks. It could be less if a number of orders start showing up. I've been trying to get this right for about 9 months. I think this last change is going to be the one - they are hoping so as well. I didn't post info and pictures on the first one as I was really unhappy with the way it looked. They increased the bottom width along with the height. It turned out very "pear shaped" and didn't look as good as the stock one. The new version should follow the same shape but add about 3 3/4" and the recurve at the top. The first one they made did get the wind over my head (I'm 6') but was just too fat looking at the bottom.
