I have gotten pretty good at leaving the cuffs of my riding jacket open (like air scoops) and getting my handgrip position so that air flows up the sleeves. If I get it just right, then air will flow up one sleeve and down and out the other. Sweat gone, feels great (for a while).

7 F here this morning, not going to work up a sweat today!
