I'm still here too - occasionally. I bought my America in '06 and it looks like I formally joined in January '07.
I've told the story before of how after selling my GoldWing (Mrs. Hermit couldn't physically handle motorcycle road trips anymore), I was looking for something more suited for local use. I was wavering between an '03 FLHPI and the America. I took her to the HD dealer one evening, the bike had been moved into the back and while she was testing the comfort of the seat, the salesman said that all she needed to do now to become a "real" biker was learn to SMYT! as he pantomimed lifting up his T-shirt. That sealed the deal and the next day, while looking once again at the Triumph, she pulled out her checkbook and bought it for me.
Still have the America, but much like my appearances here on BA.com, only ride it occasionally. It still feels great, but life gets in the way of longer trips. Sadly.
I'm not going anywhere and neither is my America, but my Honda BIG Ruckus is more practical for the local errand-running I do.
