Today I rode 138 miles for the longest ride of the year.
To rt 22 N in NY to rt 20 E over to rt 7 S in MA then rt 44 E rt 8S S and I'm home.
Not too tired.
I have MD apt for physical tomorrow mid afternoon so no long rides tomorrow.
The next step would be to go N on rt 7 to rt 43 E to rt 7 S then home 160 miles I believe.
I would love to go for the longest day trip.
Rt 22 N in NY to rt 43 E to rt 7 N into VT then rt 9 E to rt 91 S to rt 20 in CT then home 250 miles. At this time I don't know if I have the stamina to ride for that far its also an entire day leave at about 10 am get back home around 4pm.
