Yes, it's a Ural. My wife used to ride one of those. Quality of the metallurgy was poor. Almost everything needed changing...from carburettors to bearings and all electrical components.
Despite that I liked it. I last worked on one about 5 years ago for some friends in the British Army based on cyprus.
We have a local dealer near me. These days the metal is better and the electrics are Japanese.
Prices have gone up accordingly.
