Oh yeah, from the "for what its worth" file, Sears part #42976, a 7/8" x 7 1/2" cold chisel, has a hexagon shaped shaft that is exactly 3/4" (19mm). You can slip a box end wrench over the shaft and use the non-chisel end as a hex bit as well. Necessity is the mother of invention as they say.
