I wish I had a pic of it somewhere, and it may be mentioned in the tools section of the vault, but I went to the hardware store and found a bolt with a 19mm head on it, then I got two nuts for it and CRANKED them down together. I then use a socket on the nut and stick the head of that bolt in the axle. That way I can use my torque wrench on the whole thing... I could not find a 19 or 12mm allen socket at sears, so I just use a 12mm allen key and the bolt/socket arrangement.
