Got the knife today. Fit and finish is superb. When opened it is so smooth you feel no drag or resistance what so ever. It locks open positively as well as closed. Like the conversions there is no safety to keep it from opening in your pocket so I would advise using the holster that is included. This knife is razor sharp. In a nut shell it is everything I have come to expect from Buck. Like I said the only change I might make would be a safety so it could be carried in your pocket. I haven't decided if I will carry this and use it like I do my S&W or not use it at work. My S&W switchblade has a safety on it and I use it for everything including things like prying off hub caps. I have used that knife for close to 10 years now and it works as well as ever but shows the wear and needs to be sharpened right now. Difference is that knife cost about 1/3 the Buck.
