I'm not a Oem only guy but be warned there have been issues with aftermarket filters recently. Several brands have changed the fitment to a convex style at it will not seal. I was a puralator guy for ever, tath one also was changed.Additionally the K & N nut was blowing off and causing complete loss of oil. Now some will tell you the K & N was a one time thing and has been addressed. That is not true, either they do not know or have forgotten KN had the same issue years ago. Just a heads up.
