I have AAA RV+ and there hasn't been a year yet that I haven't used at least 1 tow, sometimes I max out and then call my wife to come to whatever I'm in and she has it count towards her 4 tows for the year. I can be in anyone else's vehicle also and get towed or gas. It makes driving old cars and bikes a lot easier when you don't have to really worry about breakdowns. Almost all the AAA drivers I've encountered have been AAA only, not subcontractors. I think 2 have been subs. We provide it for our son as well.
