That did seem odd to me too, wiring it with just high beam so the headlight would be off when switched to low beam. Ok for starting with no headlight draw, but what if you forget and switch to low beam at night?

My 04 has always been a little cold natured and the PO mentioned it too when I bought it. Perhaps I need another turn out on the pilot screws from the two turns I last set them at?
