The isthmus that we call "Central America" is not a continent. The geographic divider between North and South America is the southern border of Panama. Hence all of "Central America" is in North America.

Of course considering the "intelligence" of the leader of the Republican party, I'm not surprised at this error.

So I guess when Bill Clinton, LBJ, JFK, FDR, Woodrow Wilson, and all the other Democrats of the last century spoke of the "American" people, and used terms such as "My fellow Americans" they meant something completely different? Typical snotty comment from the party of Algore who flunked out of divinity school and John Kerry whose grades in college were worse than W’s.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
