So, my fairly new wife watched me get a couple of pieces of bread out of the bread sack yesterday. After getting my two slices, I took the bread bag by the loose top, twirled it into a loose knot and tucked it under the rest of the loaf. My wife objected to this and said that I had to put the tie wire back on to keep it fresh. I said that was "anal" and she replied with a cast iron skillet. So, my friends, what say you? Twist and tuck or replace the original tie device?
