Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats.

I am listening to Roger Daltry;s autobiography read by same, fascinating . The groups we grew up with and loved worked hard to gain their fame and in many cases got ripped off by managers and promoters.(ok crass capitalism) . All those $$$ generated did not see their way into the performers pockets they were young and naive and broke for the most part and the money they could have earned got pissed away with the antics we expected of them and they did. Keith Moon and Peter Townsend especially in the case of the Who.
