OP Haddon1 Adjunct Joined: Sep 2013 Posts: 112 Likes: 2 Mi USA	Hi— My 06 America makes a loud loud CLACK sound every time I turn key off to shut down engine- turn key off then hear. “clack” —- is this normal? Happens Every Time- anybody know- Thanks

I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains. Eat right ,Exercise ,Stay fit, Die Anyway!

On a 2006 all the rubber bits are probably suspect. 05 speedmaster - 1100cc, 11:1 racing pistons, Carillo rods, thunderbike cams, ported and polished head, 2mm over intake and exhaust valves, Barnett kevlar clutch, scepter pipes, oversize manifolds, 45mm HSR's, TTP stage 4 firestarter

Spray some carb clean around the suspected areas and listen for a change in the idle. I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains.
