I had custom earplugs made some years ago (which I managed to lose).
Apparently my right ear canal is narrow but the Max Lite roll up small enough for me.
Hope you get something sorted.
I'm sure I read years ago that prolonged wind noise at even 60-70mph can cause permanent ear loss, not the engine or pipes.
