Yes, thanks for posting this...I've found folks either love em of hate em. I love em. I remember late '70's riding my xs 650 and coming across a BMW R60/6 parked up in a village in Sussex. I just knew I wanted one. I found one and rode it for years...put over 50k miles on it ...my only bike...toured two up with the factory motoliner hard bags on it. It wasn't a fast bike by any means but we'd ride the 500 miles to my folks house on the west coast of Scotland...about 80-90moh all the way. It was so comfortable too....my wife would often fall asleep on a long run....never seen that before or since. One occasion we'd done 500 miles to home and found ourselves in torrential rain....drain covers popping off in the roads...the only other vehicle we'd seen in 50 miles was a policeman on another /6 BMW....he led us to where we wanted to be ...stopped at my folks for a cup of tea and rode off still grinning. Later that night we hit the tiny local pub...guy in there got talking to us...bandaged up big time...' Oh I hit a coo( cow) doon the road.' That's Scotland for you. But I digress....one of my favourite bikes. All
I took the Road Less Travelled.
Now where the ****** am I?

Wow, look at the size of jugs on that one. Covid ready just need a spare $25000 CAD.
If I could figure out how to post without copy paste I would not used to new format.

Love it but would have to lose those ugly cans. Put on some drag pipe fishtails and ride it. Have to lose the reflectors and passenger seat too but other than that wouldn't want to change much. Looks like a juice clutch. I wonder if it is a dry clutch like my old R50.
