We all make mistakes and that was one of them admit it get over it. The intellegence services must have been diswayed by the military industrial machine to think they could defeat those people. It wasnt that long after Korea and there are all those new devices to be tried out so heck lets do it again theres lots of money to be made from this.
Its not like they didnt do it again in Iraq looking for a reason to invade, lets make some money?
