Apparently if you decat the 1200 and install a crossover pipe this will improve throttle response and mpg's as well as reduce heat but affect engine braking negatively.
Glad I read your post Mike.I was thinking of the x over pipe but I'll rethink it now.On the extremely short test ride I had I didn't find the throttle too snatchy as I remember but we'll see.
