So far it seems that I'll just skip out of work around 11 or 12 on Friday and make a nice day trip up North. I'd be game for meeting anyone along the way.
What's your potential schedule looking like Benny?

That was my reference. BTW John Barleycorn must die. Dave, looking forward to riding w/you again! Here's to hoping we can pull this off, Mert's Pack Takes NH, that's New Hampshire, not New Haven.

Mark, I have no idea yet... If anything I'll take a ferry friday afternoon and jam up to my buddie's in Wilmington, MA. Maybe, maybe not... I'm seeing him this weekend since he's getting married and all If we do end up connecting, maybe we can just ride up to Rob's. We'll see! I say stick with you plan of taking your time and if I can meet you I will. Rob and Ron, thanks for the offer! I'll let you guys fight over who gets the honor of a moderator's presence

Excellent Charlie...don't know if you'd be into it, but right now I'm planning a route that would be a bit out of the way. Maybe if you'd want to meet somewhere in eastern Orange county then take a bit of a roundabout way up...trying not to take too many highways.
Maybe north thru NY then cut across southern VT towards Litchfield, NH.

I know southern VT, so let me know if you want route ideas. NY rt 7 turns into VT Rt 9 (which crosses US rt 7...) thru Bennington VT. Then over the mountains to Brattleboro VT, some good twisties there. Then it goes over to Keene NH and from there you can pick up a route to Litchfield.

i agree about the chin...he looks like abe lincoln. see if you can find a huge pic of the quarter. that might help. otherwise the concept works and is in line with the GA, NY, Euro gatherings. I'm gonna have to start another Tshirt drawer...poor me

We New Hampshireians do not use the state outline much, its too easy to flip it over and be mistaken for Vermont.

Hey Mert, I'll just come right out and say it, rainy days, and Mondays always get me down.
I just ordered new saddle, and other, bags for the NH ride (that's New Hampshire, not New Haven).Gotta be able to carry more stuff.
Not sure yet if I'm gonna get a room, or camp out, but, I already told my boss about this ride.

Rob, looks good. I once made a logo for the New England RAT raid that was an outline of vermont with a union jack INSIDe it, looked pretty slick. Sort of the opposite idea of previous rally designs, but then again this isn't gonna be a hard core rally either so whatever... It looked good in person!
