the cams are directly interchangable. you will have to adjust clearances.
do you have the manual or dinqua's guide? it will help a lot. especially in locating the correct timing marks. there is also a little tool you will have to gin up for the cam drive gear.
and if your new cams do not have the anti backlash gears on them you will need to swap them off the old cams and preload the springs.
