Love my Roadster. Have over 40k on it. I can't really complain about the handling in the twisties. Is it a crotch rocket, heck no, but compared to a lot of other cruisers, it's great. Very good ground clearance. You have to respect the torque though coming out of the corners especially if it is wet. Stay away from the painted lines also.
I just noticed that Triumph is offering almost no parts for the Rocket Roadster. What gives?
Same problem for other discontinued Triumphs models, Americas, T Birds etc.
I could be wrong but I believe the new Rocket will be available only as a Triumph Factory Custom (TFC). Some are speculating a new lineup of Rockets will emerge. I just dont see that happening, it's always been a niche machine.
I'm glad to see Triumph updated the beast but I'm not a big fan of it. Looks like a Diavel, don't care for that Duc either.
Yes I don't get the styling of a lot of the new stuff and custom stuff doing away with the back guard[fender] makes them look "unfinished to me I understand "bobbed" guards but the trend is to make them non-existant.I am also not a fan of the Diavel styling.
