I have a pair of Chinese mini bikes I bought my grand kids a few years ago and they both run fine, they love them. My grand daughters has a flat now but other than that no issues. I do store them over the winter with Stabil Ethanol treatment in them.I wish we would stop that ethanol BS, it isn't helping anything enviornmental. It just harms engines, robs power, and decreases milage. ( by decreasing milage it wastes more fuel and actually causes more emissions, It alsoi has other bad emissions they don't tell you about.)
I don't know about Penn., but around HERE we have learned not to use alcohol added gases for ANY small engine. Especially chain saws. I've never had any problem with my regular cars or my antique machines, however.
It is funny that here in Iowa, the epicenter of the ethanol belt, we can easily avoid the stuff while people in other states often don't have a choice. I think all of our senior politicians, of both parties, support the ethanol boondoggle. As I recall the only one in the Iowa Caucuses that didn't was Ted Cruz who was attacked for it, and won the caucuses anyhow.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.
