Yeah, I get that. But I'm not talking about a bike that is more "practical". I've already got a giant Indian and a midsize Triumph for that! I'm talking about something fun in in small bike. For me, this bike is nostalgia "driven". It'd be a lot like a riding experience from the 1930s, but with modern mechanics to make it more reliable. I always slobbered over old Harley's, Triumphs and Broughham Superiors, but never really wanted to work on them and look for parts. This IS a small bike, but with beautiful antiquey lines, perfect for me to bang around town in and do the occasional hop to one of many small towns within a 50 mile radias of me. AND, it is gonna be a bike I CAN work on if I want to. I'm really already tired of all the electronic gizmos that make modern bikes go. It is a three hour job to change the rear tire on my big Indian and the stuff that makes the engine go are waaaaay out of my league. Bottom line is...it's all about the nostalgia in the looks and ride of this machine.
