I've been looking at a lil custom build motorcycle business in Indiana, @janusmotorcycles.com.Pretty cool, retro machines, styled after 1930s machines like the Superior Broughham and old Nortons. I'm kinda considering one. Only 250 CC, but they sure are pretty looking. Of course, the biggest concern for any buyer is that the engine is made in China. (A Honda replica)I talked via e-mail with one of the two owners and they swear it is a reliable motor, with one model they know of going 12 to 15 K. There's quite a few videos on their site. It would be a great grocery getter and around the small town area.7 grand IS a lot of money for a limited machine, but I think it could definately fit a niche, especially MY NICHE! I guess it would fit in the same rough catagory as a Royal Enfield, but I've read enough about THEIR reliability to scare me off. Besides, this machine is just as cool! I'm thinkin the beautiful dark green with gold pinstripe!
